- If you have ordered an urn with photo customization, you will receive a proof for approval at the email you used when checking out on our site. Our printing team takes care to digitally restore your chosen photo before printing it onto the urn.
- For engraving customization without photo customization, there will not be a preview or proof available, so make sure you have correctly entered the text you want engraved.
- To make corrections to engraving text before your urn is engraved, please contact our customer support with your order number.
